Site Meeting
Meet with you at your home site to discuss placement and details of a manufactured home or modular home or building setup.
Construction Coordinating
Coordinate all phases of construction from the site meeting to the final inspection.
Block & Level
Remove tires and axles, block and level, lag floor and roof, drop hitches, seal the floor, cap off the roof, and trim out exterior marriage line.
Concrete
Install concrete foundations, footings, runners, slabs, patios, and driveways.
Awnings
FBI Framing, Building & Improvements can provide patio or carport awnings. Aluminum, wood, or Alumawood, we cover all your needs. We build other accessory structures needed for residential or commercial purposes, such as wood decks and garages.
Site Plan & Permits
Design site plan to scale and submit the required documentation to the city, county, or state agencies.
Digout & Backfill
Excavate for ground-set options and backfill, as well as trenching, crowning, sloping, and compaction as required by state guidelines.
Utility Hookup
Connect electric, water, sewer, and gas (if available) from home to existing services. Septic tanks, power poles, pedestals, or wells are installed as required.
Skirting
Complete the home setup with vinyl skirting, engineered greenboard retaining wall, hardboard skirting, HUD, FHA or VA-approved wood or block stem walls.
